The QA architect will be responsible for the design, automation and execution of tests
to ensure the quality of our products. Were looking for an individual who has a passion
for testing and motivation to implement the latest technology, tools and methods in
testing frameworks. This individual will play a critical role across all of our products,
from architecture to deployment. Youll be a core member of our QA team and should
be prepared to work hard and work smart. The successful candidate will:

? Analyze technical and business goals of each product to identity the appropriate test automation requirements
? Design entire test life cycle processes, from planning to implementation
? Develop and maintain automation test plans and test cases by identifying reusable components
? Create test patterns to evaluate the solutions for performance, scalability, security and reliability
? Develop test tools and simulators required for testing load and performance
? Recommend improvements to process and technology for various test systems
? Analyze risks and provide mitigation plans


Requirements
? Expert level experience with TDD and continuous integration methods
? QA experience with ability to automate functional, stress, and volume test cases
? Ability to identify and document critical software flaws clearly and efficiently
? Knowledge of current quality and test processes, practices, tools and techniques
? Experience developing automated testing programs with scripting and open source QA tools
? Ability to program fluently in perl, bash, python or ruby
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
