This is an opportunity for a Lead Quality Engineer to establish the QA infrastructure and practices for a growing company. The ideal candidate will champion the quality of the product and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Participate in defining the quality strategy for the company
Analyze requirements, designs and technical specifications to define and execute test plans
Lead offshore team to test all facets of the Investing platform
Interact with product management and development to improve testability of the product

Qualifications:
Experience with functional, regression and integration testing
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience testing consumer web applications
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of investing concepts and practices
Experience creating automated UI tests
BS Computer Science or similar engineering degree
